COOKING DESTROYS ALL LECTINS! PRAISE THE FIRE! UPDATE! LETTERS AND NUMBERS ARE WORM SYMBOLS AND LANGUAGE OF THE WORM!

I remember all this massive attack lately against consuming plants because they have lectins and it reminded me similar attack they do to the meat for all the worms it contains.

Then was like could heat/fire purify plants from the lectins like it does to the meat from its worms?
So i googled it and the answer was a freaking yes!

Lectins are proteins by the way and proteins look like worms under the microscope so no wonder heat/fire is effective against them.
