Why Pull-Ups Might Be The Most Important Exercise!

Having spent 4 years in the usmc after graduating high-school where that place is all about pull-ups, I said something jokingly couple days ago while doing some pull-ups.

"The only thing that matters is how many pull-ups you can do"

Then it felt like i tripped by accident upon some goldmine intel!

Kratos in gow 1 to exit hell he had to literally climb a rope to the sky.
See at 19:15(the thumbnail looks like a venus flytrap, a clever trap placed right at the exit hahaha!)

Hobbit had to do identical thing in the video i posted in update 3 of previous thread.

Batman to escape the bottomless pit prison had to climb a rope too just like kratos!

And a movie with steven seagal came to mind i saw when kid where he was in a prison and everyone was trying to climb a rope to escape, and all were falling down like in batman and kratos video and of course only steven seagal was strong enough like kratos to climb all the way to the top and out.

Now of course these bodies we have now might not be the ones we will use to climb out of here but once you learn how to go from 0 to X amount of pull-ups you can train any body to do a lot of pull-ups really fast.

The chemo i did 6 months ago burned all my muscles and couldnt do 1 pullup, i just did 40 couple days ago and was weighing 305lbs. I have it on video too but i'm hesitant to post it.

The secret to go from 0 pullups to a lot of pullups quickly i learned it in bootcamp. I was doing 30 then and it was of no use to me but it came handy after the chemo.

It's push-ups, those who cannot do pull-ups have a hard time with push-ups too and it's easier to increase your push-ups than pull-ups. The more push-ups you train your body to do the more pull-ups you'll be doing. It's best to do both back to back.

Grip is very important, use athletic tape,  grip powder or sand. All give a much better grip and the better the grip the easier and more pull-ups you'll be doing.

So is climbing the way out of here?
Cube 1 movie showed the exit on top to be a trap and the exit underwater to be the real one.
So swimming where i'm not good at all might be important too.

I'm thinking to just be patient for my allies to arrive like in escape plan 1 movie.
Stallone who used the underwater exit at 2:15 had to do some climbing too at 3:15.
He blew up the prison on his way out and he was also the architect of that prison. He had a chinese dragon mini statue in his office too.
Yeap he symbolized the lunar boss escaping and blowing up the place on his/her way out like the borg queen did in star trek first contact and resident evil final chapter.

  1. When kid i couldnt do 1 pull-up and always had a strong desire to become able to do a lot.
Makes me wonder if i had attempted to climb out of this place before birth and failed.

    1. Movie alita had similar intel where everyone wanted out of earth and the way out was climbing to the sky like kratos. Of course many traps were in place and the way out was through a meatgrinder!

      See at 2:37!
Yeap the exit is booby trapped and had decoded before we are meant to go there like in the stomach of a cow/bull the food goes back to the top/close to the exit to get furthered chewed/grinded like in alita and then back down.

  2. I'm a USAF vet myself, and I been training to do a 1 arm pullups for quite a while, I'd say the secret to that is doing them all the time until the exercises/pain becomes second nature and comfortable for you. Grease the grove, Put the pull up bar up in your door way and make it a rule that every time you walk past it you have to do your 20% your max reps. I noticed in the military, Alot of people (except marines and special forces) would avoid pullups because they're so difficult and taxing, you can usually tell if someone is mentally tough if they have a back honed from pullups.

I think the climbing symbolism is also about spiritual ascension through self-discipline/meditation/will. Like in Dragon ball when goku climbs korin tower, no matter how painful and scary the task goku just kept climbing and climbing, never letting go.

    1. I tried joining usaf before usmc but failed the knowledge test, took the same test again next day at the usmc office next door and passed at the level usaf was requiring. usmc has lower score requirement, i had to get away from my family so i joined the usmc lol. My english wasnt good back then as i grew up in greece but was always american as i was born in the states. Many rednecks discriminated me though in the military because of my accent thinking i was an immigrant. I have redneck friends and it hurts me for saying it but i noticed within the white race rednecks are the most racist and make the whole white race look bad.

The korin tower from dbz was identical to the lunar boss/nova tower from alita. Jupiter ascension, cloud atlas and gow ascension showed "ascension" to be codename for slaughter. Korin tower from alita was shown to be a meat-grinder and anyone who tried to ascend was ending at lunar boss's moon as body parts for consumption and experiments.

    2. Korin tower in dbz that produces the senzu beans gives away tree(of death) symbolism and i suspect those energizing senzu beans to be made from humans!

    3. On the money again about the senzu beans to be human beings. In cold souls movie was shown our soul to be the size of a chickpea/bean which like frieza is sleeping in a fruit/pod/bean hanging from a tree.
      From the wiki
      https://dragonball.fandom.com/wiki/Senzu_Bean
senzu means hermit which is a person living(sleeping) in solitude=pod.
"Hermit Beans are mystical(not anymore) beans with immense rejuvenation properties"
