In this episode the lunar boss was shown to be our brother like in thor movies and he also stole the empire of a rich guy here too.
He trapped his brother in a theme park/big brother show/earth where he edits people's genes with his own agent smith style and reeducates them to change them. His brother looked lobotomized like the retard from the cube movies who used to be a supermind.
In fact his brother was a supermind too, it was him who built cerebro/metal sphere/moon.
Lunar boss was shown to fear death like the evil father from altered carbon resleved.
He said "i know my kind/genes are flawed but i will do everything for them to survive"
