In short those human level AIs in your computer will be actual human brains that are plugged/trapped in computers/servers at the cloud.
For 30 years there was no progress in AI and now all of a sudden they will give us human level AI?

In short they will turn the switch on on the human brains they have been stealing and storing at their cloud/basement.

   Oh man this movie blew me away! Dont forget to notice the subliminal in the poster "Take Back Your Life!"
